This love story starts with a proposal at Coachella.

In a sea of music lovers, Ismael got down on one knee and popped the question while Down In The Valley by Head and the Heart played in the background. And their wedding planning journey began!

Since a loving playfulness is the center of this high-energy couple's relationship, they knew they wanted a fun DJ/MC for their wedding day and reached out to us! Having seen us at one of their friends weddings 5 years ago, they got a front row seat at the experience we created, and knew they wanted the same for their special day. (Plus, how cool was it that the same couple was there on their wedding day?).

As soon as we sat down with Kimberly and Ismael, we knew they were something special. Not only did they have a fun, playful, unique energy to them, but they also had some incredibly thoughtful ways to make their wedding day even more memorable. For example, Kimberly chose the same Down In The Valley song that played during their proposal as their processional song. Plus, Ismael surprised him mom with his mother/son dance by having our MC play the song she woke him up to every morning when he was growing up. (We're not crying... You're crying!).
