So how would you know how much glassware you would need to order for wedding? Don’…t worry we have you covered. Below is a standard list of how much glassware you would need for a wedding of 100-150 adults with an open bar.

Table Glassware • Water glasses – # of Guests + 25 extra • Champagne Glasses – # of Guests + 25 extra • White Wine Glasses – # of Guests + 25 extra • Red Wine Glasses – # of Guests + 25 extra

Bar Glassware • Specialty Glassware – (Martinis, etc.) – Depends on your guests o Heavy Drinkers – 2 specialty glasswares x # guests o Light Drinkers – 1 specialty glassware x # guests

ALL Purpose Glassware (Wine, Sodas, Water) – 250 *Recommended to save money instead of ordering red wine & white wine separately.
